ExercisesThe DEX • decompression & extensionTM allows users to rotate forward in a bent knee / bent hip position, which decompresses the hip joint and spinal column and provides a comfortable platform for stretching and exercise. Full inversionRotate into a fully inverted position for decompression and relaxation. Add traction, using the unique Traction Handles for leverage, to achieve increased decompression to your lower back. Move and stretch, using the handles and frame for leverage, to improve flexibility and promote healthy joints. Perform back extensions to strengthen the lower back muscles. This unit places users in a body position relevant to gravity that maximizes muscle performance while tempering the risk of hyperextension. Perform rotational back extensions to strengthen the obliques. Crunches help build core strength and can be performed on this unit with virtually no loads on the back.
